What are they?

A Seer is someone who can see the future. They can predict future events and often act as counsel to other people.

Where can I find them?

Seers are found in most countries and religions around the world. The ability to prophecize was a handy skill to have particularly when it came to knowing the outcome to something such as  a war.

What powers do they have?

Seers receive visions in the their mind's eye or by using some kind of device like a crystal ball. Others may see the future in their dreams. Visions are rarely clear cut and may need some interpretation. This may be due to the fact that the future is not set, people's actions can change the outcome.
