1) Tell us about your book Bite Me Tender, Bite Me Sweet is vampire Emma and human Rick’s story. Over a hundred years ago, Emma swore she'd never let her werewolf friends' murder be forgotten. Now, she finds a letter that details their murder, and can finally keep her promise by protecting their old home under the Protection Act and share their story. On the other side of the story there’s Rick, who needs that land to save his struggling company (no matter how much he hates it). His brilliant plan? Go undercover, steal, and destroy the letter to stop the Protection Act from kicking in. No letter, no protection, he gets the land, and his company survives. Clearly, it will not be that easy. 2) Do your vampires have any special abilities? Emma’s senses are those of the deadliest predator, and she is incredibly strong and fast. She can go in the sun, but she would get a scorching sunburn and possibly burn her retina, so she’s always careful to wear sunglasses, hat, and cover on her body–meaning, cool dresses. She’s very fashionable. 3) Vampires vs werewolves – who would win and why? Good question. Emma is a very good friend of Rex, Mystic Hollow’s alpha werewolf and park ranger. They are very close. If they decided to tussle… mmm. I’d say she’d get him. He’d be bigger in wolf form, but she’s more agile and equally (if not more) strong. So, yeah. She’d get him. 4) Who is your favorite vampire on TV or in books? The Black Dagger Brotherhood is the first one that comes to my mind, along with Bram Stoker’s Dracula. I did enjoy the Twilight series, both books and movies, but not as much as TBDB. And Louis over Lestat any day. 5) Tell us what is next for you as an author I have three more stories lined up in Mystic Hollow: a very reluctant Oread, a girly Sasquatch, and the one and only Boogeyman. And I’m finishing the contemporary rockstars series, Heartstrings and Shadows. And some more thing here and there (wink wink) Viv writes contemporary suspense romance as MacKade, and paranormal and fantasy romance as V.V. Strange.
In the breathtaking backdrop of the Pacific Northwest, Viv captures all shades of love in her stories - its joy, passion, and darkness. Her husband and children are her biggest fans, and yes, she really doesn’t mind shoveling that snow.

1) Tell us about your book/series Lupercalia features Arcadia, a werewolf who dreams of marrying into the Alpha Pack. Things take a strange turn and she soon finds that she is meant for bigger things. When her Pack is threatened, she steps up to save them. 2) What type of shifters feature in your book? They are wolf shifters. 3) What abilities do they have? They are strong, good fighters and they can sniff out anything. Alpha wolves have more abilities including the ability to transform at will. 4) If you could transform into an animal, what would you choose and why? Probably a wolf, or maybe some type of cat like a panther. That would be cool. USA Today Bestselling Author S. K. Gregory writes urban fantasy, paranormal romance and horror stories. Heart Of A Dragon follows Seraphina, a dragon shifter with amnesia. She was found by Victor, a vampire, who saved her life after she was attacked. Unfortunately, she can't remember who attacked her or why. The series covers her journey as she tries to get her life back. She works with Victor to help other supernaturals too. The fifth and final book is out today! 2) What type of shifters feature in your books? Dragons :) I wanted to write about dragon shifters for a long time and I love how this series has developed. They have so many cool powers. 3) What abilities do they have? Seraphina is unusual because she has more powers than she should. Powers are different between male and female dragons, but Seraphina has a lot of power. She can breathe fire, sprout wings and even manipulate flames. 4) If you could transform into an animal, what would you choose and why? Well, dragon obviously, but if not then maybe a bird of some kind so I could fly. The Queen's Gambit is a prequel to a new series I am writing. It features the mother of the main character. She becomes the leader of her pack after her father dies, but it is not an easy transition. The men of the pack don't want her in charge and she has to resort to extreme measures. The rest of the series will follow her daughter as she deals with her mother's hold over the pack. 2) What type of shifter features in your books? They are wolf shifters. A pack that lives in a remote area together. 3) What abilities do they have? They are strong and fast and can heal quickly. They also have a heightened sense of smell. 4) If you could transform into an animal, what would you choose and why? Probably a cat because I love them and you could go around different places and people wouldn't give you a second look. Kat Gracey writes urban fantasy and paranormal romance novels featuring her two favorite supernatural beings - witches and werewolves.
She currently resides in the UK, where she enjoys yoga and catching up on her favorite shows. You can learn more about her books via her website: 1) Tell us about your book/series. The Wolves of Rock Falls is a four-book series with an added novella thrown in between that follows the same group of friends, with each book focused on a different couple. Largely because I’m impatient and want a completed love story in each book. But I also loved getting to know this larger cast of characters and featuring each of them in their own book. In order: First Shift, Rogue Shift, Sworn Shift, Dark Shift (novella with some scrumptious background information), Pack Shift. Lost Shift is a sister spin off book that does still feature most of the original cast as side characters. It just released in audio, too! 2) What type of shifter features in your books? Wolves. I love the wolves. Although, in Of Flame & Frost, I actually have a dragon shifter. Apparently, I have a type. 3) What abilities do they have? None of my shifting characters have any totally abnormal abilities (I mean, aside from shape shifting…), but my wolves do heal extremely quickly, and their human senses like hearing and smelling are heightened due to their wolf nature as well. Cole, my dragon shifter, is part fire-drake and part Phoenix. A large part of the book is how he overcomes his inability to control his flames. Yes, his name is Cole on purpose. ;) 4) If you could transform into an animal, what would you choose and why? If I could transform into any animal, I’d probably go for a dragon. Who wouldn’t love to be a dragon now and then? AJ Skelly is an author, reader, and lover of all things fantasy, medieval, and fairy-tale-romance. And werewolves. She has a serious soft spot for them. As an avid life-long reader and a former high school English teacher, she’s always been fascinated with the written word. She lives with her husband, children, and many imaginary friends who often find their way into her stories. They all drink copious amounts of tea together and stay up reading far later than they should.
