1. Tell us about your story

A girl who sees monsters. A stalker who saves lives. 2. Is this part of a series or a standalone?

Shades of Human is book 1 in what will be a new 3-book series that will be released all in 2019.

3. What do you think are you MC’s strengths?

Calli has grown up alone from a very young age. She’s self sufficient and strong-willed. She can take care of herself, and she’s nobody’s victim. Love, danger, whatever is coming for her, they’re going to be along for a bumpy ride.

4. What are their weaknesses?

Calli has lived a hard life in and out of less than perfect foster homes. She trusts no one. And she refuses to accept help no matter what—her mother’s dying wish is one she plans to keep. But with danger on the horizon, the promises of her 4-year-old self are going to be put to the test. Survival 101 may be her motto, but staying alive one her own isn’t going to cut it this time...

5. What is the central theme of your book?

Trusting someone with your heart can be as deadly and terrifying as trusting someone with your life, but if you’re lucky, it’ll be so worth  it in the end.
