1) Tell us about your book/series.

For millennia, Amethystine dragons have been banished from the Kalleen Kingdom, their very existence erased from the annals of history. But some claim, in the icy wastelands to which they were exiled, the Amethystines survived and waited for an opportunity to reclaim their land and birthright. To protect her kingdom from the wicked and powerful temples that challenge her rule, Dragon Queen Amelia ventures into the ice-swept mountains in search of legends.
Flames of Kalleen is an adult epic fantasy romance set in the fantasy kingdom of Kalleen. Amelia, a dragon-shifter princess, must uncover ancient secrets in order to protect her kingdom from threats both within and outside of her boarders. Standing steadfast by her side is Amelia's loyal Captain Gwain, and her love Conner.
There are currently 3 novels available in the series, with the forth and final novel set to release this fall. The first novel is titled Embracing the Dragon.

2) What type of shifter features in your books?

There are 2 types of dragon shifters in the Flames of Kalleen series, Kalleen dragons and Amethystine dragons. Kalleen dragons take the form of a Wyvern, with two wings, two clawed back feet and two clawed short arms. They come in an array of colors including light blue, silver, bright green, and bright orange.
Amethystine dragons have six feathered wings. They have short clawed arms, but their feet have cloven hooves. Inner flames can be seen glinting between feathers in their wings. All Amethystine dragons are varying shades of purple.

3) What abilities do they have?

Both Amethystine dragons and Kalleen dragons can fly and breathe yellow fire. Rare royal dragons have the ability to breathe blue flames, which burn hotter than the yellow of non-royals. Royal dragon flames can burn non-royal dragons.

4) If you could transform into an animal, what would you choose and why?

I'd LOVE to become a dragon! Though I doubt I'd fit in my apartment in that form! Lol A second choice would be a form of bird. I think flying would be fun!
